What does “Reshape Your Health” mean?

When we hear the word “Healthy” we think about a certain number on the scale, a specific amount of daily fruits and veggies or a specific body shape.

I’ve been conscious about my health to have more energy and feel better; physically and mentally. However I struggled to reach a number on the scale, thinking that once I reached that number, I would be at “ultimate health”

This is a misconception. You DONT need to look a certain way to feel good, have more energy and practice daily self-care.

Lets “RESHAPE” what healthy looks like. “Healthy” is putting yourself first and doing/eating the things that make you feel mentally and physically good.

The 3 main aspects of your life to prioritize:

  1. Mindset

  2. Nutrition

  3. habits

In the coming weeks, we’ll address each aspect individually and ways to improve and balance all three.
